Please provide clear, digital character references where colors and design aspects are clearly visible, and are not blocking major parts of the design.

Commissioned art will be used as my portfolio,i'll post commissions online, including but not limited to social media sites, as art examples, or streaming the process. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know in advance / while ordering.

Please credit me as Ariz_LII if you are to post/use your commission, regardless of commission type and usage. It is not recommended to post the unwatermarked and full resolution of your commission.

All payments should be made in USD on Paypal.

I only accept Paypal || US Dollars ($ - USD) || Full payment upfront before I start working on commission. You'ill have to pay for payment fee (paypal fee) if there are any fees including.

I do CMS follow the slot, so you will be notified when it's your turn. When I send sketch if don't have anything to fix, you will pay a 100% commission. After receiving payment, I will proceed to the next step (line, render).

Price in all the commission options only apply for 1 individual character. If your order more than 1 character price will cost 80%(Per character).

All commissions are digital files || File Type: PNG || Resolution: 300 dpi.

Refund requests are only available if I have not started or if I pass the deadline of 1 month after order confirmation date.

Please note the process and revision allowance may vary depending on the commission type.

To make a request, please fill out the Google Form that is made available. I will reach out to accepted clients once decisions have been made. Declined and waitlisted clients will not be contacted. I will announce on social media when slots have been filled. Please check my Commission Status page to see if you've been waitlisted.

Deadlines must be given prior to commission request acceptance.

Most commissions will include a sketch-check phase. Rough sketche(s) will be sent for approval before I proceed. The client is allowed up to three major edits/sketches for free. Once approval is given, it is final. Any major changes will incur extra cost after the sketch has been approved

Additional checks may occur during later stages depending on the commission type. Please let me know if there are any specific steps during which you would like a check-in.

I only allow MAJOR revisions to the drawing during the sketch phase. Major revisions include complete pose changes, redrawing large parts, and redoing things completely. After the sketch is approved, I will do 3 MINOR revision passes for free before more revisions concur extra charges. Please make sure to ask for all things you want to be corrected in the same revision pass.

Corrections due to mistakes on my part are always free.

If a mistake was made due to the character reference provided being unclear, or if the character design has changed since the order was accepted, modifications are not guaranteed. Please make sure to send all your updated, correct references when sending the commission form.

Commissions may take anywhere from one day to three months (or more depending on commission type + my workload) to complete. Please respect that I have a life outside of drawing and may work on other projects while doing commissions. Do not commission me if you are unwilling to be patient.

I reserve all rights to my artwork, including but not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, and use for sales/self-promotion. I may stream my work, post it on social media, and/or use it in portfolios. Please let me know if you would like the artwork to remain private.

You may not claim authorship of the artwork itself under any circumstances.

For NON-COMMERCIAL work, you have the right to reproduce your commission for personal use, such as creating physical products, but must not use it to make any profit in any way.

For COMMERCIAL-USE work, you have the right to preproduce your commission for any for-profit use as agreed upon between you and myself.

NO REFUNDS after payment has been made. Please make sure you are able/want to go through with a request before making a payment.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commissions at any time, regardless of reason.

If you file a chargeback or break any of the terms above, all your rights to everything from me will be retracted and you will be blacklisted from placing any future commissions.
